This was a sweet romantic read. I thoroughly enjoyed the descriptive setting throughout the story, and though its ending was predictable, the fairy tale romance captivated me.
Really sweet book. My only complaint is that she should have trusted him to do the right thing. I guess it would have been a very boring story without a bit of conflict. If you're confused by the review, read the book!! You won't regret it. Sweet romantic tale.
Matt and Ashley were an engaging couple. I wish there were more men like Matt. He was an ethical businessman which is all too rare these days. He was also a gentleman. Ashley was all too damaged when she arrived but with Matt and his daughters engaging presence in her life she soon healed much of her heartbreak. All in all a good read. Also there is no heavy panting or sex in it just genuine feelings.
Love Mona books, but I thought this was one of her best.
It gave a person that warm cozy feeling as though you were there observing them and the love growing between them.
By the end of the story, you knew them personally, their likes, fear , and wanting a second book. Well, done, to enjoy by young and old.
A WONDERFUL story and of course written with lots of surprises and suspense always great reading one of Books. Will be reading more of your stories!!!!Thank you Annette
It would be nice to read a book about an ordinary person. The woman in this story was not an ordinary person - she made a fortune as an artist, met a rich widower with the perfect child and now have a beautiful family. Very predictable.
This was one of the most heart warming books that I've read in a long time. I loved the characters. It was a beautiful love story, the kind of love that I wish everyone could have. If you like sweet love stories then I would recommend this book.
